Poker rule #11

In a cash game with any stakes, when you have an open-ended straight flush draw after the flop, and you don't think any of the remaining players flopped a flush, it's always okay to go all-in.

An incredibly broad assertion for an incredibly situational game.

Cash games are not tournaments and just open shoving flops without any consideration of pot size is not going to make you much money in the long run.

You should feel lucky if you get called by worse hands, and incredibly stupid when they instacall and show you're drawing dead or close to it.
